Develop your knowledge and skills in recognising death and the process of confirming death.
This Confirmation of Death training course will enable delegates to gain an understanding in the confirmation process including recognising death, legal implications and after care of the deceased. Delegates will gain underpinning knowledge and some practical support to enable them to commence competency training and further enable them to perform confirmation of death.
Please note: A competency framework is included in this training. Competency is achieved in the workplace following the training. Each procedure needs to be signed off by a qualified, senior member of staff. The completed document can then be used to identify the individuals’ competence.
