TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The document below outlines the terms and conditions of Verrolyne Training Ltd for anyone who buys any of our products. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. Please note that we will monitor and record phone calls to the company to make sure that we have carried out your instructions correctly and to help us improve our services through staff training.
Our customer Service contact details are: Verrolyne Training Limited Tel: +443333660294 Email: sales@verrolynetraining.com By becoming a client of Verrolyne Training Ltd you enter a contract by which you: Confirm that you are willing to participate fully in the course. Agree to pay the relevant fees. Agree not to use Artificial Intelligence (AI), or plagiarise the work of others or in any way try to pass yourself off as competent by means of deception. Agree to take full responsibility for your actions and opinions. Confirm that you have, or are willing to secure access to, relevant materials where the course necessitates this. We reserve the right to refuse clients for any reason.
EXTENSION FEES
The fees for extension will vary depending on the qualification percentage completion as set below:

0 – 20 Percent | Repurchase Qualification at Full Price and get full qualification duration. |
21 – 50 Percent | Pay seventy Percent (70%) of the current qualification amount, and get Half the qualification duration. |
51 – 70 Percent | Pay Forty Percent (40%) of the current qualification amount, and get 4 Months Extension. |
75 and above | You Pay £100 for 1 Month Extension |
This extension break down is a guide and circumstances differ. Thus, those on 75% and above are free to pick any other extension bundle. Those on 51% – 70% can pick the bundles above them i,e paying 70% or repurchasing the qualification and getting the full duration. Same applies to those in the 21% -50%, they can repurchase and get the whole qualification duration.
COURSE COMPLETION
The timeline for your course completion is as below:

Note: This is only a guide and does not determine as to when you can complete the qualification. Those who are committed, can complete the Qualification Before the actual due date.
Further note that a submission will at most take 10 working days to be marked and you receiving feedback. The learner can however, move on to another unit provided the assessor gave them the unit planning.
APPLICATION, ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT
Booking implies a commitment to pay the published fees, subject to your eligibility for the qualification booked.
Deposits, where payable are non-refundable.
The balance of course fees (i.e. the total fee(s) less any deposit previously paid) must be paid on the payment due date. Late payment will incur late payment fees – refer to section 4 for further details.
Courses will be deemed to have been started as soon as you log on, open course materials (if applicable) whichever is the sooner.
Clients are liable for any bank charges incurred in payment of fees.
We reserve the right to change payment of the enrolment fees without notice. This will not affect those who have already booked on the course at an agreed rate.
For payment by instalments, you will be asked to set up a direct debit or sign a commitment form before you are enrolled on the course.
LATE PAYMENTS
Where payments are made by agreed instalments and those instalments have not been paid on the due date your account will be suspended. You will have to pay for your full outstanding balance plus £100 reconnection fee to reinstate on the course.
We reserve the right to withhold the release Certificate results and/or delay the marking of course work until outstanding sums are paid.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
Cancellation Policy Under the Distance Selling Regulations
If you make a booking through our website or by telephone as a customer, you have a legal right to cancel the Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“Distance Selling Regulations”).
Your Right to Cancel:
Your right to cancel begins on the date you make the booking, which is when the Contract between us is formed.
You have 14 calendar days (starting the day after the booking is made) to cancel the booking.
If you decide to cancel during this period, you can notify us of your decision and receive a refund, subject to the following conditions:
A refund will be issued less any online account fee and applicable taxes.
No refund will be issued if you have logged into the course or accessed any course materials.
For guidance on your legal right to cancel, please consult your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
Refund Process:
If you cancel within the 14-day period and have not accessed the course materials, you will receive a full refund of the price paid at the time of booking, including any applicable delivery charges.
Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
Courses Starting Within 14 Days:
If your course is scheduled to begin within 14 working days of booking, your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations will not apply.

Cancellations after the 14 days’ period but before course has been started
No refund will be issued after 14 days.
Cancellations after starting a course
Refunds will not be payable after a course has been started even if it falls within 14 days from booking date
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY US
At times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may require changes or cancellations to course dates, content, venues, or prices as originally published.
Course Changes or Cancellations:
If changes are necessary, we will make every effort to transfer your booking to the next available course at your preferred venue.
However, please note that we cannot be held liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of such changes.
In the event that we are unable to provide your course, we will request the return of any course materials (at our expense) in the same condition in which they were delivered. Upon receiving the materials, we will issue a refund for any fees paid to date.
Removal from Courses:
We reserve the right to remove students from a course if they fail to comply with the course’s standard practices and procedures.
Refusal of Enrolment
We also reserve the right to refuse enrolments or recommend alternative arrangements if we determine that enrolment is not in the best interest of the individual or other participants.
COPYRIGHT
All copyright and intellectual property rights related to the course materials are either owned by or licensed to us. Any copying, adaptation, or use of these materials, in whole or in part, without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.
DATA PROTECTION
We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not disclose your details to any third party unless:
You have provided explicit consent, or
We are legally obligated to do so in response to a valid request from a law enforcement agency or government authority.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
All payments are processed through our secure payment processing system. For your safety and privacy, we do not have access to your card details when payments are made via our online platform.
