Description

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is an introductory teaching qualification for those new to teaching or seeking a recognised teaching qualification. No current teaching role is required. The course is worth 12 credits across three units covering teaching roles, inclusive teaching, and assessment.

Assessment Method?

    • Portfolio of Evidence: Written assignments for each unit, assessed by your tutor.

    • Micro-Teach Session: A one-hour practical session (including 15 minutes of teaching), completed live online or by recording.

Structure

Learners must achieve a minimum of 12 credits to gain the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF). This is made up of one mandatory unit plus a choice of optional units from Groups B and C.
