The qualification is awarded by iCQ, which stands for “I Can Qualify.” For more details, visit www.icanqualify.net. The awarding body is regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual), which oversees qualifications, examinations, and assessments in England
- Level 3 Diploma Qualifications: Learners are given 12 months of access.
- Level 5 Diploma Qualifications: Learners are given 15 months of access.
Please note that these timeframes refer to access duration. Completion time depends on the learner’s pace in submitting assignments—some learners may finish earlier.
Enrolment is ongoing. If you purchase the qualification before Saturday of any week, your course will begin the following Wednesday.
Yes. These are occupational qualifications, so it is mandatory for learners to be currently working, especially for Level 3 and Level 5 Diplomas in Health and Social Care.
NVQ (National Vocational Qualifications): Introduced in the early 1980s.
QCF (Qualification and Credit Framework): Replaced NVQs in 2008.
RQF (Regulated Qualifications Framework): Implemented in 2015 and remains the current framework.
Starting September 30th, 2015, all awarding organizations transitioned from QCF to RQF.
